Failing to Disclose Vital Information

I have a policy with momentum which will be cancelled soon However Claims Head Tarry Says If she has to disclose all the information to my contact will take days Therfore I pay for a Courtesy car which needs to be covered by my insurance company she says i am in a contact with AVIS but Momentum debits my account how the does this work i do have the recording of this call if any one needs it please caontact me.
