Hijacking and Hostage

I am so disappointed with the service from the above Insurer I was Hijacked on my property the Hijackers took my car but couldnt get far with it,

reason is it had a anti hijack but the hijacker took off with my car keys and damaged my car and ripped out the anti hijack cause they couldnt find the secret button. The insurance came back to me that they cannot replace my locks and other damages done to my car its only covered for and hijack, what i dont understand is 1. The Hijackers can come back at anytime to take the car 2. The Hijackers know where I stay my life and the lives of my family is at risk why cant the insurance not just replace the locks and pay for the replacement of the locks instead they want to pay for a car any forbids lives taken... HOW STUPID CAN THAT BE... when I signed up I was told they repair dents and scartches for free no access neccessary... PRIME MERIDIAN I HOPE YOU GUYS SLEEP AT NIGHT...
