I went to FNB in Woodmead on the 28/03/2013 to apply for a Samsung S3 phone. When i got the i was helped in a friendly way and the lady said they do not deal with smart phones in the branch but gave me a phone so i can speak to the relevant people.my application was approved and the consultant told me i will receive a call within 24hrs to confirm delivery. Up until today i havent received the device and i was buying it for my wife for her birthday which past. Im so fustrated and furious with this whole thing, i cant even face my wife because she thinks that i am a. I do feel that i as i client i have been misled and according to CPA, this kind of business is not acceptable. Should i not get my device by end of business today (12/04/2013), i am cancelling the deal and i will take this matter to CPA.
