Not so smart phone

On the 14th Jan I went and got a Samsung galaxy note 2 as a gift for my wife. As it said it could take up to 15 days delivery I waited until then. Recently I phoned the smart device division to get some idea of when the delivery would arrive. After speaking to the first representative he said that the device should already be in the process of being delivered and that I should get a phone call within 3 days. This is the 3rd day and I have followed up again, where the second representative said it had been escalated. I also asked for the number of the delivery company so that I could phone up and confirm. After phoning the delivery company and giving them my ID they say that there is no delivery on the system for me. Frustrated I phoned FNB back again and the third representative said I had to fill out an application (which I thought was done online already) and that she will transfer me to someone, after which she eventually hung up on me. I refuse to make another phone call again. I am awaiting in anticipation for someone to give me meaningful and positive feedback with evidence that the item is on its way.
