I contacted the RCS/DionWired contact center on Wednesday, April 10, and asked to have a settlement letter sent to me urgently. I then called in this morning to confirm that it was in progress, when I was told that there were no notes on my account with this request. The agent then promised to put my request at high priority when I told him that I needed the documents by no later than close of business today. After getting off the phone right now with the RCS call center again, I was told that a) it hasn't been done, and b) it won't be done tomorrow because its "statement day". This is absolutely pathetic service! How difficult is it to draw up a settlement letter and email it to me?
