Efusal of the letter after closing the account

My name is mosima i close my account and request to be sent the letter for the proof but i was told their no such thing and for my surprise if other retail can have that.i just want a letter for my own safety and i think all customer deserve that and the agent give me this email to sent a request [Email Removed] even today am still waiting the buttom line i just want settlement letter cuz this thing they have a way to come back when u list expected.this my plea to foshini to respond to my plea
