So far I have been receiving good service from virgin money until when I requested a re-request of a settlement letter, the 1st one was received on the 11th and expiring on the 15th but due to delay from other companies I needed a new letter to be done. On thursday morning I called and advise them of my situation and was told that request will be sent till this morning nothing was received, I called again and explained my situation to Sihle and how urgently I need this letter and she was going to follow up for me, its now 12noon and nothing in my inbox if I don't get this letter to my bank today everything will collapse and I will be in bigger trouble. I need it as if my life is depending on it.
