Phoned Outsurance to get a quote, quote did not beat my current premium and I claimed the R400 form the link they send. Got an e-mail from Hennie Venter to say that my current quote was for commercial and the Outsurance one was for private use... We all know it will be more expensive for commercial. Guy phoned me to tell me what the case was and I asked him to re-quote on commercial, quote was even higher than before. Sent the claim through again on Monday, but no feedback!
If you advertise something, make sure you stick to it!!!
