It is 3rd of September 2013 and I still dont have a settlement letter, I need it urgently being in the process of a home loan application with FNB - who have it as bad debt written off from Wesbank! and cant approve the loan. After several failed attempts to contact NBA directly 0123287950 I resort to Hello Peter. PLEASE could someone from NBA provide me with a settlement letter ASAP?
Besides the fact that for years I had to track someone at NBA down to confirm the amount outstanding; the fact that I never once received a statement or receipt of payment; I had to phone and confirm every time I made a payment - in my opinion is unethical practice.
The most recent history: 26/10/09- tc Maria 012-3234087 - null outstanding will request a letter stating that no amount is outstanding... and contact me when ready... 29/09/09 Maria called 012-3234087 - Full and final settlement R3073.00 excl. 2000 paid yesterday... ie R1073.00 paid today in full and final settlement see emails to Maria 29/9/9 - 29/9/9 Phoned Catherine on 011-2537220 - computers offline she will call me back when they are online. 21/01/09 Spoke to Maria, see email [Email Removed] R14606.60
