Poor service on account

I received a call from a consultant at Direct Axis on the 28/3/2013 with regards to payment that hasnt been made by myself for a loan that i know nothing about. In shock the consultant confirmend all my details with a few of them incorrect, but clearly that a loan of R15 000 was taken out in my name. I advised that i have not taken out a loan and the consultant Madenayah Bayman requested me to get an affadavit and certified copy of my ID and fax it through to them, which i did. she also said that the application was done telephonically to which i requested for the voice recording. i was then put through to the department where i spoke to a Chantal who said that the application was done via the internet and that she will have one of her detectives to get back to me. I have made numerous calls and 2 weeks later still receive no feedback from them. to me is a very serious crime and should be treated with the highest level of urgency, which im not getting at all.
