POOR SERVICE FROM DIRECT AXIS LOANS!

My loan was approved on the 12/01/2014. I was requested by Direct Axis to send required documentation through to their email address. I then sent the documentation through the next day and have been phoning every day since to enquire upon the status of my loan application, just to be told that they have not yet "attached" my documents as yet, so the loan has not been processed. After promising me that the money would be in my bank account after 5 days, I am still waiting and it seems as though nobody can give me any answers! I think that this sort of service is PATHETIC to say the least. The interest that is being charged is high enough for them to make a huge profit from loan applications... do they not want the business? I have not received any sort of email or sms or any notification even acknowledging my application so far. I am fed up and will be withdrawing my application should I still not have any feedback by Monday 20/01/2014. Come on Direct Axis get your act together!!! If anybody is looking for a loan rather contact BOODLE Loans, much better service!!!
