Refund and paid up lette

Had a loan with Sanlam, went under debt review, payments made, now loan is paid up. Confirmed in August, was told that refund must be done before I can get a paid up letter. Contacted CA, provided bank statement, & they supposedly contacted Direct Axis
Consumer assist paid too much on final installment and still made a further payment after this. Somehow these docs never got to Direct Axis. Upon numerous calls, and no positive response, got the e-mails that were sent by CA to Direct Axis and forwarded all again on 11 Oct 13. Calling Direct Axis is a nightmare, u on hold for up to 15mon with no answer. Spoke to Ashraf on 14/10, confirmed e-mail was rcvd, sent him a copy as well. Today get told that person dealing with emails is only working on 11 Oct '13 emails and I will get an answer as soon as she gets to mine that was sent on 14 Oct. How is this possible, emails sent by CA were not dealt with when sent in Sept 13, I doubt that my email will even be responded to. I will appreciate my refund and paid up letter immediately. Been struggling since Aug 13 to get this sorted out. It is a bit ridiculous now!
BTW, does Direct Axis not inform clients when accounts are overpaid???
