I called Direct Axis to get a quote on a personal loan. A quote was given of R30 000, subject to me accepting and providing with FICA documents, Payslip and 3 months bank statement. An email was sent to me requesting the documentation, however i never sent the documents and the next thing the money was in my account. I never accepted the loan as i advised that consultant that I will confirm how much i need d get back to her. Please produce all call recordings and email correspondences between myself and Direct Axis. I called sometime in September or October and the consultant i spoke to, advised me that they do not require my documents as I had a previous loan with them. Please also provide documnets that i submitted for the loan. The loan was taken out in 2010 so how could documentation of 2010 be used for an application I done now in 2013? Failure to do so, i Will report the matter to the NCA, CPA, Consumer watchdog and the FICA ombudsman
