Bad Debit order service

I had switched to FNB like the good old ad on tv makes you... you dont have to change your debit orders and salary yourself... fill in a few forms and they will do it for you...

i switched to FNB on the 13th of November 2012...

my salary hasnt been changed...
my debit orders are duplicated...
Going off on both banks...

i asked them to remove the one... it goes off again

im still waiting for my eBucks card that should be delivered to your door in 4 weeks... yeah right!!

this bank has cost me so many bank charges and i am very dissapointed, the worst service i have ever received!!!

just wish the CEO could see this post...
