My uncle passed away 25 March his funeral was on 30.03.2013. I could only get a death certificate on the 28 March, meaning that i submitted my claim on the 28.03.2013 since i got the death certificate so late. I contacted Hollard on the 28.03.2013, informed what happen and they told me to submit all necessary documentation and that the Policy will pay out within 48 hours, which according to my calculations was Wednesday 3 April due to public holidays (Easter weekend).

I had to borrow money from people to lay uncle to rest. I promised everybody that ill give their money back within 48 hrs, now i come with excusses

Today is Friday the 5 April and nothing has Happened yet. The people i borrowed money from, see me as a, they are all over me, wanting their money.

When i called them on Wed after the 48 Hours, the consultant Busi told me that the claim has been sent for Assessment, and that she would sent the claims dept an urgent email for response no 1 called. I called Thursday spoke to Ayanda, she told me same story, i called today again, spoke to Kashia, shame story. I have to call coz Hollard haven't contacted me back not even 1nce.

Hollard is n bad man. n patetic
