I had an accident 3 weeks ago, my car was written off, at the point of the accident they made sure my car was taken by the right tow truck and sent to the right panel beaters. They kept me informed and have settle my claim with in three weeks. My rental car was organised the same day of the accident (it was part of my insurance agreement) so I was not at a loose end, I could still fetch my kids from school.
You have been amazing from start to finish, thank you to Gibson and Fadeela for all you help through this whole horrible process, you have made this a lot easier to deal with. I wouldn't swap you for the world.
