Terrible after service

I do have an insurance with Alexander Forbes and their assessor never noticed the back door from the car accident. I am having endless problems to get it fixed. Do not ever take your car to A1 Panel Beaters either, they are even worst than Alexander Forbes. I waited a month for my car to be done and thereafter it was full of scratch marks
