Inaccurate communication

I have a Nedbank Personal loan that I diligently pay on a monthly basis. I have however receveid a letter for two consecutive months stating that I have not paid, threatening with Legal action etc.

After receiving the 1st letter I contacted the call centre and was assured that this was an error and they apologised for this. Now another letter.

I work in financial services myself and I do not appreciate correspondence stating that I have failed to honor my obligations when this is in NO WAY accourate.
