BEGGING FOR PAID UP LETTER

SO LAST YEAR I EXPERIENCED SOME FINANCIAL DIFFICULTY AND WAS UNABLE TO PAY MY PERSONAL LOAN ACCOUNT, IT WAS HANDED OVER AND I HAVE ACCEPTED THAT FACT. I HAVE SINCE PAID UP THE ACCOUNT AND REQUESTED A PAID UP LETTER NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. I HAVE SPOKEN TO SO MANY DIFFERENT CONSULTANTS OVER THE LAST 3 WEEKS AND WASTED SO MUCH TIME AND MONEY. I WAS ASSURED TODAY THAT A PAID UP LETTER WOULD BE EMAILED TO ME, THE PERSON I SPOKE TO COULD NOT EVEN FIND A RECORD OF MY PREVIOUS REQUESTS. WHY THE SHOULD I BEG FOR SOMETHING? BANKS ARE SO DAM QUICK TO HAND OVER YOUR ACCOUNT, BUT WHEN YOU ASK FOR A LITTLE SOMETHING THEY SO SLOW TO RESPOND. I WILL NEVER USE NEDBANK SERVICES AGAIN, JUST FOR THE MERE FACT THAT I HAVE BEEN BEGGING FOR THIS LETTER FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS AND STILL NOTHING.
