My medical insurance was cancelled without even communicating this to me by oneplan. After thousands of phone calls and being put on hold for hours i at last was told that i should send in an complaint and that the matter will then be reviewed. After submitting the complaint, it has been nearly 4 working days and no reply from oneplan! This after they clearly state in the complaint guidelines that they will acknowledge receipt of complaint in 24 hours. What a surprise! The policy is paid up to date but i don't have cover, or a policy anymore according to oneplan. What would have happened if i had not phoned them? How can u just cancell someone's medical insurance without notifying them? I have been a client for more than 2 years and this is the treatment i get?
The customer service from oneplan is very very bad. Do yourself a favour and stay away! U might beunder the impression that you have cover but you might not! With oneplan you just never know.
