Fnb Credit card Late Delivery

I spoke to Livia, Phumeka, Itumeleng Tshabalala, Nthabiseng, but most importantly, Hlengiwe. Mkhize, supervisor with Ref#:RR13041010267, who was to get back to me regarding the Credit card delivery at "10:00am" today, and as you can see, the time is way past that. Some Credit Card sales agent called me on the 3rd or 4th, on my 0842820812, asking to upgrade my credit card, which she then asked for confirmation of delivery and time, which she said would be Monday, but I insisted Wednesday, 10am, as I was on leave till then. I then received a call from the couriers company TELLING ME they would come at 13:00 of which I would not be at work. Hlengiwe finally tracked my card to Mr. Delivery Express, who does not answer their phones, by the by, and promised to call me after 20 minutes of which she has also failed. I am not sure where the card is, what time it is to be delivered, and am not at all pleased! They tell me that protocol states that an agent cannot confirm the time of delivery, but I dont work for FNB and do not know that. If you say to me, representing FNB, that 10 is delivery time, then 10 it is! Could you all please get someone to deliver the card or cancel the thing!
