Multiply is not working in 2013

I have tried for two weeks now, multiple phone calls to get to speak with a call center agent isn't going through, not even after an hour... leaving voice messages doesn't help, and email is also a waste of time.

The website isn't working, and when they do reply, they say its because of high volume... I've tried the site at 1 in the morning... its still not working? I'm a web developer myself!!! The error codes got nothing to do with high volume, but rather with launching a new website that isn't working 100%!

We cant earn the right amount of points on the site, and this result in wrong Multiply statuses. Thats one of the reasons we use Multiply?

I'm trying to find out if my Health returns is setup to pay into my Health Savings account... 2 weeks later and I still got no answer!!! I did my assessment @ Dischem, and even after receiving a sms stating that Multiply did receive my results (more than a week ago), the points still haven't been updated on Multiply?

If the Multiply system doesn't work anymore, please let us know so that we can find a system that does work? Cause its still a lot of money. I see the last 20 people on HelloPeter is complaining about the same thing???
