Last month I closed my fnb account. Paid everything owed on my accounts both credit card and fees accumulated from changing banks. Now I receive a sms informing me that I owe them money.
When I phoned them to query about the latest balance I get told I need to fill in a account closure form. My account is closed. They do an account verification over the phone to check if you actually are the account holder. Why must I pay this extra. They can debit a closed account. Fnb shame on you
