I Feel let down and disappointed by ABSA again

My name is Henry i applied for a personal Loan in ABSA Adderly Street Cape town branch last week Thursday and i was told by the consultant i would get a response in 48 hours to 72 hours i explained to her i don't live in cape town that i live in Johannesburg so the application shouldn't be later than the period she told me, She explained to me i couldn't sign for the loan other than there cape town branch so i extended my ticket to Tuesday afternoon. I called her this morning to find out about my application and she said she doesn't have anything for me i got really disappointed and requested to speak to someone that could help me but she said she s no one can help me with the issue the only solution she brought up wasn't logical and didn't make sense, she told me she would resend the application which would take another 48 to 72 hours before i get a response and then if it approved i would have to come to back to cape town to sign for the loan. I also called her back to get a number of someone i could speak to and she didn't pick up my call. I am really disappointed with ABSA because i never get anything done easily with them. I will appreciate if someone could assist me with this.
