So i have been struggling for more than 2 months to stop a debit order going of my account went into the branch the consultant tell me no sir its been stopped its not going off again only to find at the end of the month the debit went threw went back to the branch they said no u need a letter stating that you don't have a policy so that we can reverse the debit got the letter stating that i don't have the policy consultant tells me no but the wording is incorrect wasting my time now again for the 5th time without any results to me this is utterly disappointing and not meeting my needs as a bank utterly bad service
