UNBELIEVABLE NOBODY KNOW WHATS GOING ON!!!

I AM ABSOLUTELY GOBSMACKED AT THE FACT THAT IT TOOK ME ALMOST TWO HOURS; AT LEAST 6 CONSULTANTS AND A LOT OF FRUSTRATION JUST TO INCREASE MY INTERNET BANKING MONTHLY LIMIT. I WAS PUT THROUGH OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND ON HOLD FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES AT A TIME WITH ABSOLUTELY NO HOPE OF GETTING SOMETHING SO SIMPLE DONE. WHEN I FINALLY SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO SEEMED LIKE SHE KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING I GO ONTO MY INTERNET BANKING TO MAKE THE PAYMENT THAT IS NOW EVEN MORE URGENT THAN IT WAS AT 8:30 THIS MORNING WHEN ALL OF THIS STARTED! THE CONSULTANT ENSURES ME THAT SHE HAS CHANGED MY LIMIT AND I WILL NOW BE ABLE TO DO MY TRANSACTION ONLINE. I GO ONLINE AGAIN AND TRY DO MY TRANSFER BUT GUESS WHAT... MY LIMIT HAS STILL NOT BEEN CHANGED!!! I GO ONTO MY PROFILE TO FIND SHE'S CHANGED MY MONTHLY ACCOUNT PAYMENT LIMIT BUT NOT MY MONTHLY AUTOCHEQUE ISSUING LIMIT WHICH IS OBVIOUSLY THE ONE THAT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED AS I'M STILL UNABLE TO MAKE THE PAYMENT. THERE IS NO WAY I AM MAKING ONE MORE CALL AND HOLDING ON FOR ONE MORE MINUTE TO GET THIS RESOLVED. MY REF NUMBER IS OWI9548 I WILL BE EXPECTING A CALL FROM ONE OF YOUR CONSULTANTS TO SORT THIS OUT. I'M SICK OF WASTING MY TIME ON HOLD!
