I tried to purchase 4 tickets for an event that was originally sold out when tickets became available again, but i was denied 4 ticket and was only allowed to buy 2. On their website it states that the ticket limit is 4 tickets. I have called their so called call centre (which is 65c per min) i have been told numerous different stories as to why i was not able to purchase 4 tickets. When i ask to speak to a manager i was denied by a lady at the call centre named Valerie Nagooran, she said she would get the manager to call me and i am still waiting, this call happened on Wednesday the 16th of Jan. So now i sit with 2 tickets short of what i need and this company who's slogan is 'the ticket you can trust' will not even reply to this message. Customer service is clearly not their strong point.
