I was contacted by a tele salesperson for structural insurance on my property, he quoted me and it was in fact much cheaper than the banks insurance, he assured me it would cover exactly what the existing policy covered, and that he would contact my bank, forward them a copy of the cover so they could remove the existing cover,
After investigating with my bank they said their cover was still in place as the dialdirect cover did not meet minimum requirements!! I then proceeded to cancel my dialdirect cover through the policy services email address, It is still not cancelled and I am sure in terms of the CPA I did not get what was advertised or promised so I demand a full refund of my premiums and immediate cancel;lation of the policy
