Writing up a policy without permission

I got a call from a call center consultant wanting to introduce insurance cover to me telephonically. After listening to his story I asked him to email me more information on insurance cover to see what they were offering. To my surprise I was given a policy cover I did not even ask for at all. What upset me the most is that my personal details were obtained to right up this policy. Then they have the chick to even cover me for ID .

I am not interested in this company's insurance cover and I want this policy stopped immediately. And they should not even tell me that it will automatically laps in 3 months if not payed cause then I am liable for fees on my bank account.

I guess many others were caught with this same scenario they pull on possible clients especially when the client is not interested in their products. An inquiry must be conducted definitely about this consultant's doings.
TO TOP IT, THE BENEFICIARY ON THIS POLICY I DON'T EVEN KNOW: Mr. E. Est
This matter I am not going to take up lightly. NOBODY Takes me for a ride.

I am surely going further with this matter.
