The policy holder is happy to be on board but not impressed, the policy holder needed life cover & retirement cover in one policy and understood it will be when the policy was taken out. If you are unable to meet the policy holders requirements within 5 working days, please refund the policy holder, if not you will be handed over to the ombudsman.
