FNB Insurance Brokers have migrated my policy to FNB Insurance Direct. I was assured that all my previous cover would remain the same as would my premiums. When I received the new policy I noticed a couple of anomolies the main one being that a basic excess had appeared on one of my insured vehicles. I proceeded to contact them. Auto reply said that I would be contacted within 24 hrs. That didn't happen so I contacted them again. I was then bounced from pillar to post between FNB Brokers and FNB Direct. They insist that the excess was on my old policy and I sent them a copy to prove differently. I was then informed that an updated policy had since been issued and sent to an email address that I have not had for 4 years. I have been receiving emails from them on my new email address since 2011 so I find it hard to believe that they did not have my correct details. I have never asked for my cover to be amended and certainly did not ask for an excess to be applied. When I asked to speak to a manager I was informed that they were not available. I have been with FNB Brokers for 6 years with no problems but they will now lose my business to Outsurance who were most professional.
