ABSA Idirect 4 weeks for a claim

I was recently burgaled and suffered a loss of just over R30 000. To date I am still waiting to recieve my claim. The claim adjustor continueously promises to get back to me and fails to do so everytime. When I contacted the call centre they said there is nothing they can do as it was with the claim adjuster. I asked to speak to his manager, was given a number and told they would also e-mail the manager to contact me. This was 2 weeks ago and still no word from him. When I try the number it just rings without being picked up. This is truely the worst service I have ever recieved, I have 2 vehicles and my household content insured with them... but not for much longer.
