I went to Std bank in southgate to have my cellphone number changed on 3 occasions. I was assisted by Randy Martins twice and Lerato Mochoto the third time and I was told it was done, only to find out later that it was not done. I am wondering what is so difficult about updating a mere cellphone number. I need to have my updates moved to my new number... that's all I asked and it can not be done. I am not going back to the bank for the same reason again. Standard bank had better sort this out soon. I am just sick of going back to the bank for such as simple thing. Does it take some kind of special expertise just to change a cellphone number!!!
Like really now!!! I need this fixed please!!! This is an inconvenience because I need to have my updates moved to my new number to avoid having to change sim cards whenever I do cell phone banking...
