I recently went in to the FNB branch at the Kollonade shopping centre to change my cellphone number where OTPs need to be sent to. After signing about 7 forms, my number still has not been changed and I am unable to do any urgent payments. I have to pay my studies before the 1st of April, but guess what, no support on Public Holidays, and I am not going to sit in another queue at a branch that can't do something simple right the first time. I have received great service from ABSA the past week, and I'm seriously considering moving my personal account, bond account as well as future business account to them.
