I AM CURRENTLY WORKING AS STORE MANAGER IN A RETAIL STORE IN PRETORIA, ON THE 11 MARCH I DID A REFUND FOR A CLIENT ON ONE OF FNB'S CREDIT CARD MACHINES, BUT UP UNTIL TODAY THE CLIENT HAS STILL NOT REIMBURSED. THE CLIENT IS A ZAMBIAN CITIZEN, AND HAS BEEN TRAPPED IN SOUTH AFRICA SINCE THE EASTER WEEKEND. I HAVE CALLED FNB 2 - 3 TIMES A WEEK, AND ALL THEY KEEP ON TELLING ME IS IT WILL GET DONE, BUT IT DOESNT!!! WHAT DOES A PERSON HAVE TO DO TO GET SERVICE FROM FNB! I CALLED AGAIN TODAY AND THEY TOLD ME IT WILL BE DONE TODAY, BUT WILL TAKE 2 DAYS TO CLEAR, WHAT DONT THEY UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE CLIENT HAS NO MONEY AND CANT GO BACK HOME TO ZAMBIA BECAUSE FNB WONT GIVE HIS MONEY BACK!!
