1 WEEK LATER AND STILL WAITING FOR A CREDIT

I went to put petrol in at the Zenex Hart Garage in Meyersdal last week Thursday (14th/11/2013). I told them to fill my tank. Once the attendant was done he then told me I had to go inside to swipe my card as the machine is not working. Then I go inside and the lady behind the counter says which car you paying for and I show her. She then tells me how much I told her she should ask the petrol attendant not me. After that she swipes the card and I go to my car to only be told by the Petrol attendant that I have not paid the right amount and must go back inside. I then go inside once again and then the lady behind the counter then tells me I told her the wrong information. I am your client you have no right to argue with me when you made the mistake. Then the manager comes out Michelle and runs the credit and re swipe my card for the CORRECT amount. After calling for 3 days in a row and now a week later I still do not have my refund. It is not my problem that the bank has not reimbursed you. I am your client and I request to fetch my money today (20/11/2013) and you as their supplier argue for the refund back to you.
