Bond Loan no staff to assit

I went to FNB Eastgate to apply for a bond. I asked Kefiloe where i can apply for a bond and this lady took me and my husband to Florence. Florence then told us we should come back after an hour because she can't help us at that time. She basically said we should walk around the mall and come back after an hour. It was 12:46 and I know the bank doesn't even close at this time during the week. I was shocked and I'm still wondering if there is only one consultant who helps with Bond applications. I'm very disappointed because I bank with FNB and I never expected to have these kind of issues in a Big bank. I then decided to get 3 months bank statement and go to another bank but when I asked her for this she pointed me to the other queue with so many attitude. And then she left. Not sure if she was taking lunch but she went out with a friend. The service I got today was unacceptable. I wasted my petrol and my time going to FNB Eastgate.
