HELLO ALL
My name is Alicia Pillay, i had insurance with outsurance and then cancelled on the 30th of May 2013 i spoke to a guy by the name of Ryan Padayachee, he promised to refund my premium in full because i cancelled with immediate effect, to date i have not recieved my refund!!! Outsurance has the worst client care and they never phone to give feedback on the refund. I have wasted my time and money phoning them over 6 times to get this refund. I then spoke to a "manager" by the name of Tasheel Bhaw, let me just say that he is hopeless and useless, he promised to refund my premium which he did not and when i called back to talk to him, he did not take my call!!! I then was put through to another Manager named BENNY Van Der Vyver he has promised me the money will be deposited into my account today.
All i can say is that when outsurance wants a client they make the effort but if you cancel your insurance with them, they dont bother about you and never phone to give feedback!!
I will never use them ever again, please watch out People, they are full of!!!
