Waiting a week for a refund

After returning goods for a refund of R 545.00 on Tuesday the 26th of February 2013, I was told that the branch could not do a cash refund as they did not have cash in store to do so, I paid for the goods in cash. I was then given a refund on my card, however the refund did not and has not come through to my bank account. I have visited the branch every day last week to enquire about my refund and spoken to the branch manager King. He said he would get back to me on Monday the 4th of March, and has not. I have now returned to Johannesburg and cannot go back into that Edgars. I have been given nothing but grief on this matter and empty promises, even from the store manager. A refund is not difficult to do and should have been handled professionally on the first day, and I am now sitting a week later without the cash and now they say I must trust them that the refund will be done, yet they dont return my calls when they say they will.
