BAD SERVICE!!!

I PLACED AN ORDER BY PHONING THE CLIENT SERVICE.
I DID AN ENQUIRY ON A PRODUCT, I COULD NOT FIND IT IN THERE RETAIL STORES. WHEN SPEAKING TO THE CONSULTANT ON THE PHONE, HE TOLD ME THAT HE WILL CHECK STOCK. AFTER WAITING ON THE PHONE, HE CAME BACK AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE STOCK. 14.02.2013
PAID WITH MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY, THE CONSULTANT PHONED ME TWICE AFTER THAT TO DO CONFIRMATIONS ON MY ADDRESS AND ORDER.
HE TOLD ME DELIVERY WILL TAKE PLACE IN 7-10 WORKING DAYS.

ON THE 26.02.2013 I DID A FOLLOW UP ON MY DELIVERY, THEN ANOTHER CONSULTANT TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD NO STOCK AND WILL REFUND ME.

05.03.2013 - TRIED TO PHONE CLIENT SERVICES HELPLINE. NO ANSWER.
THEN I DID AN ONLINE COMPLAINT.

08.03.2013 - TODAY I PHONED AGAIN, ANOTHER CONSULTANT HELPED ME AND TOLD ME THAT KATE WILL REFUND MY MONEY. AFTER LUNCH SHE RETURNED MY CALL.

SHE SAID THAT SHE HAD A BACKLOG OF REFUNDS TO MAKE AND MIGHT ONLY BE ABLE TO DO IT IN APRIL. SHE IS TO BUSY.

I WANTED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, BUT SHE SAID THEY WON'T BE ABLE TO HELP ME.

WHY, WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER, I HAD TO PAY IMMEDIATELY AND NOW HAVE TO WAIT 2 MONTHS???
