It has been 15 working days since I received confirmation from Standard bank that my application for a consolidated loan has been received and yet I have not received an answer. In their automatic reply message on my emails it states that it takes 10 working days for them to process your application.
It has now been far more than 10 working days, and still no answer. Very unprofessional to keep someone waiting on an important situation like this.
