Documents send 8 April is still not attended to

I have sold my property and the Standard Bank process is costing me money.
Standard Bank approved the Purchaser loan application and still can not give a proceed to the Lawyers to submit the documents to the Deeds Office.
The Lawyers has lodged an complaint, and the documents to Standard Bank was send 8/4/2013.

My (Seller) Lawyer has submitted all documents to the Deeds Office and the Deeds Office rejected the process due to the Purchaser's lawyers not able to proceed (waiting for Standard bank).

The Lawyers are working in Parallel.
