I applied for my Samsung S4 on the 20 June 2013 and was told it has been approved. When I applied I did not know that it would take so long as I am leaving for Europe on Thursday the 27 June and will be there for a month.
After being back and forth between the different departments and even the courier nobody could give me any answer as to how I can request urgent delivery before Thursday and can only tell me it will take 10 to fifteen days to deliver my phone after i explained my problem over and over.
I complained and cancelled the application and received a call from Elroy Jenniker saying he promises he will get me the phone before then, he left no contact details and does not respond to my emails. I am disgusted by this terrible service and i feel like cancelling all my accounts with FNB and spread the word to my family and friends of this terrible service, what happened to how may we help you? instead its more like sorry thats the way it is?

I had so much faith in FNB and got my entire family and my boyfriends family to open an account but this is how i get repaid? No help? promises but no result?
