I would not recommend the private banking option to most people. If this is Standard Bank's premier option i can only laugh at how useless and ineffective the product is.
I still need to go into the branch for most services;
I still need to repeat myself and check up on the progress of my services;
There are delays and communication errors in this method, which adds a 3rd party between most of my transactions;
The team are not knowing my banking portfolio accurately yet are acting on my behalf, putting me at a disadvantage.
They are however readily available, friendly, ready to assist and if i was unable to use a telephone or internet and needed a baby sitter, i would recommend private banking. Maybe when i am much older this product would be suitable.
The private banking hotline is excellent however!
For the 2nd time, please put me back on Prestige banking and for once follow my instruction fully.
