Extremely poor service

I ordered a smartphone (Samsung galaxy Note 2) using Fnb online banking site on Friday 11th Jan 2013. Till date they havent contacted me regarding approval or anything. They realy must not waste my time, i could source it somewhere else that would give me better service than what i am receiving at Fnb. Now i have to wait and hear is the application denied or approved. So from a 5-10 working day wait peroid it becomes -20 days. My local newspaper is doing a article on poor service delivery and i think i should shed some light on Fnb service i have recently received. Dont offer deals that you cannot provide to customers on time. This is not my first bad experience with Fnb.
