I sent an email last year in June requesting that Standard bank fix the status on credit bureaus as my account has been settled. I asked for my report today to see if everything is fine only to find that it is still sitting with over 270 days owing and that I have a current balance of R22, 740. This reflects badly on my credit record and I am not impressed at all. Please can someone sort this out and remove this from the XDS credit bureau...
