African Bank sent me a credit card in 2008, I've used the credit card for 6 months that year. The credit limit was R1500. I have never used that credit card since 2008 June. My monthly installment is R112. I've been debited since then till date. I have paid over R6000 on that credit card but my balance doesn't decrease my balance is now R4000. Contacted the call centre to query this balance... I have been given the run rounds from one department to another. Finally Jacob from collections called me back only to be told my account was over charged it's no longer R4000 it's now R3250. I'M SO MAD... I WANT THIS ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED WITH A ZERO BALANCE. IN FACT THIS BANK IS REAP OFF. I DIDN'T EVEN APPLY FOR THIS STUPID CREDIT CARD.
