I have been trying for 3 days to get a response from FNB on my account with no joy, I have been given a email address ( [Email Removed] ) from the call center to send by email to but 3 days later i am still waiting for a response on the email to confirm that my credit card has been stop and canceled as i have instructed them, their is no way any body can get trough to the legal department, they don't answer their phones, not even their own call center can get hold of any body in that department. In April i was promised a statement on my credit card till today I have not received any statement, I was only given a amount to pay to settle the account, this have been paid, All i want is a letter confirming the account has been paid and that the account is closed.
