I submitted an original report to Hello Peter on the 26th of Feb about no communication now the car is in the process of being repaired and I am now experiencing exactly the same thing, Phindeli at Budgets repair dept keeps saying she will phone me with an update & never does, Crystal Vollenhoven gave me her direct line if I had any further problems throughout the claim process but you just can't get through to her so that doesn't help either, I did say time would tell after they apologised for their lack of communication & boy oh boy time has told there is no improvement, you can't even get through on their customer care line (0861115660) so ja I have made my mind up after this experience I will never recommend Budget Ins or insure anything with them ever again!
