I am still waiting for my car, four months after having an accident!!! Ridiculous!! I tell you no one cares to contact the panel-beaters to follow up on progress and update me on the progress. No one even calls to confirm if I have received my car back or not, for that matter. Frankly, no one is doing anything at Budget. I posted my complaint here on hello peter almost 6 weeks back and there is still no difference. I have been car-less for 4 months now! I even forgot that I have a car. I am only reminded at the end of the month when they deduct money from my pay!! What am I really paying for?? Budget has proved to me that it only cares about the money and DOES NOT CARE, NOT EVEN A BIT ABOUT ITS CLIENTS!! I have learnt my lesson and I am in the process of changing my insurance. Good bye Budget!!!
